A flat 2% success fee on the funded loan amount is owed only if a loan closes with a capital provider introduced through CLOUS X, as set out in the signed CLOUS X agreement. No upfront fee. On SBA loans the lender pays the referral fee, disclosed on SBA Form 159, and the borrower pays $0.
