1. What we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone, company, role.
- Loan application data: business, property, financial and ownership information you enter.
- Documents you upload (tax returns, bank statements, rent rolls, IDs and similar).
- Activity records: sign-ins, security events and a timestamped record of each deal step.
2. How we use it
- To review your file for completeness and match it with capital providers.
- To show anonymized deal summaries to matched lenders. Your identity and documents are shared with a lender only after you sign the CLOUS X agreement for that lender's option.
- To operate the deal room, send service emails, prevent fraud and meet legal duties.
3. Who we share with
- The lender you select (after you sign), and closing agents for your loan.
- Service providers that host or process data for us (database and file hosting, email delivery, e-signature, document reading), under contract.
- Authorities when the law requires. We do not sell personal information.
4. Security
Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest at our hosting providers, row-level access controls, two-step login for staff, an append-only audit trail, and file-type and size checks on uploads.
5. Retention
